Description
Water-based, low VOC (Volatile organic Content) low odour environmental friendly coating incorporating special acrylic resin.
Characteristics:
- low VOC (volatile organic content) and low odour
- Outstanding resistance against fungus and algae growth
- Alkali and bacteria resistance (Staphylococcus Aureus, Colon Bacillus, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa & Candida)
- Excellent adhesion strength onto substrates
- Good weathering durability and washable
- High resistance to ultra violet rays results in excellent color retention
Surface Preparation:
Surface shall be dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign matter. Surface unevenness cracks etc shall be goof with our cementitious filler.

Due to nature of porosity in matt finishing products, scuff marks (e.g. by finger or object) may be more visible in dark and premium colours than pastel colours. To minimize occurrence of such situations, low sheen to semi-gloss products are recommended. Please approach our office for technical advice.
