Sand texture coating provide highly breathable and permeable for moisture to escape from the substrate. It is suitable for semi-open area of buildings, such as commercial, residential, school etc. It is a synthetic resin emulsion provide good weathering durability and commonly use at carpark ceiling surface.

Surface Preparation:
Surface shall be dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign matter. Surface unevenness, cracks etc. shall be made good with our cementitious filler.
