Arkiwall EHS is a two pack, solvent-free epoxy wall coating system designed specially for wall as a protective and decorative coating, it gives a smooth flat and uniform surface that provides easy maintenance to keep the indoor environment more dust-free and hygienic. Arkiwall EHS is both a decorative and protective wall coating system for any industrial and commercial uses and is available in a wide range of colors.

Surface Preparation:
NEW SURFACE
Prior to painting, the new plastered surface should be allowed to cure at least 21 days and the moisture content should be below 18% New plastic surface should be troweled to a flat and even finish, free from cement lumps, extreme waviness, excessive cracks and damages before the skim coating works. The wave contours of the plastering should not exceed more than 2 mm thickness in depth.
OLD SURFACE
Plastered surface should not be hollow, a special ball pointer tester can be used to locate any hollowness in wall areas by tapping softly on the surface. Rectify or amend any hollowed wall areas with the appropriate admixture of cement and sand.
