Lena Excellent is a highly elastic acrylic chlorinated rubber coating offing excellent waterproofing as compared to ordinary waterproofing coatings. It is suitably used for sealing off unsightly hairline cracks of concrete or plastered walls.

Characteristics:
- It is suitable to be used to bridge over substrates unsightly hairline cracks
- It inhibits ingress of rainwater with its superior waterproofing feature
- This water-borne coating with relatively low VOC

Surface Preparation:
Surface shall be dry and free from dirt, dust, oil, grease and foreign matters. Surface unevenness, cracks etc. shall be made good with our cementitious filler.
